Elizabeth has been in the hair industry for 8 years. She has recently set out on an exciting path to run her own small business located within the doors of Hair Bizz Inc.! She prides herself on being a very versatile stylist and is able to do it all! She is highly experienced in all things color anywhere from highlighting to balayage and all over color. She is an experienced artist and can master any cut from pixies to long luscious locks. She specialized in a live in color approach creating seamless blend with very low maintenance. She is skilled in barbering and men's fades as well as longer men's cuts. She also offers Brazilian Blowouts, hand tied hair extensions and beaded hair extensions. She is looking forward to laying down roots with her new customers with an exceptional salon experience.

Stephanie "Steph" specializes in all things color, especially balayage and blonding services. She is a Graham Webb graduate and has been licensed since 2016, with a prior 5 years of salon experience. Steph also enjoys doing smoothing treatments and is certified in Keratin Complex as well as Brazillian Blowout.

Britany is truly an artist! She is a graduate from Hair Expressions, A Paul Mitchell Partner School in Rockville, Maryland. She excels at every type of men's cut, from a classic clipper cut, skin fade, to hot towel shaves she does it all! In addition to her phenomenal men's cutting skills, she is very talented with women's hairstyles and colors as well! She stays up to date with all the latest highlighting and balayage trends. She loves getting to know her clients as if they were family! She believes clients always come first and loves seeing the smile on her guests face as they leave!

Danielle "Dani" is a wonderfully kind soul who always has a smile on her face. She grew up right here in south county and has been working at Hair Bizz since 2021. She attended The Temple school in Annapolis, graduating in 2022. Dani thrives in blonding and color services. Shes loves the bonds that she makes with anyone who sits in her chair. Above all she wants to make sure that each client leaves with a smile on their face.

Christina joins us all the way from Abilene , Texas. She received her license from Texas School of Cosmetology in 2005 and has been doing hair ever since. Christina specializes in curly hair, finding the perfect color that will compliment your looks and lifestyle, and boys and mens cuts. Although she is new to the area she looks forward to putting down roots and getting to know everyone in. the community.

Catrina is the proud owner of Hair Bizz Inc!. After 14 years in the industry and being an independent stylist, she decided to take the leap and lead a salon. A graduate from Graham Webb Academy, Catrina is certified in Brazilian blowouts, and specializes in crafting colors and cuts for each individual. She brings her smile and bubbly personality in with her each day, and loves to make everyone she meets happy when they look in the mirror.

DEVIN BAUGUESS

Devin has been working at Hair Bizz for over 4 years. She began her career as a shampoo tech. After two years at the salon she decided to pursue a career in Cosmetology and began her apprenticeship with her mentor Catrina. In June of 2023 she successfully passed all of her required exams to become a licensed hair stylist. Devin is also certified in Brazillian Blowouts and dream catchers extensions. She is very excited to continue to grow in her craft and build lasting relationships with all her clients.
